  2. Alcohol is never permitted on the beaches of Key West, by city ordinance. This warning is publicly posted at the entrances to the beach stating that violators are subject to fines. Since Weddings to Go is under contract to host your wedding, we cannot allow you or your guests to disregard this ordinance. Anyone who brings alcohol to the wedding will be asked to remove it immediately. No exceptions.

  3. Artificial petals are NOT permitted at the ceremony site. Any items that may be considered hazardous to the environment or wildlife are not allowed.

OVERTIME CHARGES

If the Client exceeds the scheduled beginning and/or ending times of the signed contract agreement with Weddings To Go, additional charges will apply. Charges will be billed to the Client and due within 30 days from the billing invoice date. Being late impacts other weddings scheduled near the same time, when officiants and photographers are on a tight timeline. Scheduled transportation arranged through our vendors are also affected by having pick up and drop off times disrupted.

 CONDUCT ACCOUNTABILITY

The client will agree to adhere to appropriate conduct before, during and after the scheduled event. Conduct will be in an orderly manner in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the venue location.  The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any damages done to any part of a venue’s premises used during said event.  All supplies and materials used in our set up are considered the property of Wedding To Go . The client will be responsible for replacement or repair costs for any items damaged, lost or stolen during the event.   As such, Weddings To Go is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged that are left at the site belonging to either the client or attendants of the client.

VENDOR SERVICES

Weddings to Go retains professional service providers such as limo and transportation companies, beauty services, florists and other related venue services.  These vendors require deposits to reserve your wedding date. Weddings to Go forwards deposits to these vendors to retain their services.  Any deposit paid to a subcontracted vendor is non-refundable.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

WEDDINGS TO GO is not responsible for inclement weather, natural disasters, man-made disasters or site restrictions. WEDDINGS TO GO reserves the right to change time and/or location in order to provide our client with a comparable wedding venue, including wedding photography.  Be aware that when planning any outdoor event, inclement weather is always a possibility.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, you will have the option of rescheduling your event with no penalty, with the exception of incidentals such as cake and flowers if they have already been prepared.  We strongly suggest that you purchase “Wedding Insurance” to cover any expenses incurred due to postponement or cancellation of your wedding.  Refunds will not be issued.

It is important that you review our “Inclement Weather Policy” in its entirety by clicking on the Inclement Weather Policy tab on our home page.

It is recommended that you do not book your wedding on a date immediately preceding your family and guests’ departure. Booking your event in the middle of your stay provides more flexibility for everyone.

Check when booking your hotel, guesthouse, rental house or reception site to determine if they will allow an indoor inclement weather “officiate only” ceremony on the premises.

Be prepared to make an immediate decision regarding your choices. Talk over the possibility of inclement weather before you arrive at your destination to eliminate unforeseen disagreements. Be ready to commit to your decision.
