Kids coming to the wedding? Kids in the wedding? Children are wonderful but during a big day like a wedding it can be a very long day for you and for them. Hair and make-up starts early and the activities go all day and into the evening! Key West Childcare has a variety of options to assist with making the special day in Paradise a memorable experience for everyone and a super-fun time for kids!

Rehearsal Dinner
Key West Childcare can come to the location of your rehearsal dinner and transport up to four children back to the hotel. If the children are not attending the rehearsal dinner we can come to the location of your choice and handle the dinner routine with them separately. We are also prepared to handle bedtime routine inclusive of bath time and reading. Depending on the time frame, a trip to the park or a playful evening in the sand might be a wonderful way to entertain them as well.

Age requirements: 6 months+

It’s the Big Day!
Adults tend to be rushing around doing last minute things. It’s time for hair & make-up and perhaps some time at the spa to relax before the big ceremony. Key West Childcare can take up to four children swimming, to the park, or to a local attraction. We can also help them get dressed in their outfits and make sure they are fed (with food provided or money provided to get them something).

Age requirements: 6 months+

$450 (4-6 Hours)

Helping Hand @ The Wedding
You might be looking for someone to hold the camera, or the diaper bag, or take the little one to the restroom so you don’t miss the speeches. Perhaps the wedding is by the water, or by a pool and having an extra set of eyes might be a good idea? All weddings are different and the specifics can be discussed.

In-Room Post-Wedding Care
Perhaps the kids are a welcome addition to your day, but you know at some point they will get tired and the adults will want to continue to have fun into the evening. Key West Childcare can take up to four children to the same hotel suite and get them ready for bed and have them sound asleep before you come back from your evening of fun and entertainment.

Age requirements: 6 months+
Package Options:
$160 (2-4 Hours)
$240 (4-6 Hours)

The following applies to all above packages:

*Just one child? Ask about our special price.
*Infants under 6 months can be accommodated, please ask for specifics.
*More than four children can be accommodated with advanced notice, and additional cost will be discussed.
*The form of transportation to/from locations must be provided; for instance; double-strollers, wagons, etc.
*Key West Childcare does not drive children. However, we do have a bus loop that has access to all downtown and is free. We use this often and you can see information on it here.
*Taxi Cabs can be requested with car seats although when possible we try to walk/use strollers and enjoy the beautiful weather.
*Food and/or currency to get children food must be provided and specific dietary restrictions and budget should be discussed in advance.
*You are not required to pay for childcare providers meals, but it is appreciated especially for shifts that run during regular meal times.
