Our "Little" Payment and Cancellation Policies
Like our packages...our payment and cancellation policies are very simple.
Payments
In order to be fair to the number of couples who would like to book their wedding with us and in order to accommodate as many as possible, we have had to institute these policies:
 If you are booking your wedding within 60 days prior to the wedding date, payment is due IN FULL within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking the date with us, the date and time will be released for re-booking.
If your wedding date is further away than 60 days out
from the booking date, a deposit of 1/2 of the package you choose is due within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking the date with us, the date and time will be released for re-booking.
All balances are due no less than 60 days before your wedding. We will send you a reinder when the balance is due. If the balance is not paid on time, we will release the date and all prior payments made to Weddings To Go! Key West will be forfeited to Weddings To Go! Key West.
To make a payment, just click on our Pay Us page. There you can place items in your shoppig cart and make deposits/balances or full payments. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 60 days from your event date we will refund your payment. If you cancel 60 days or less from your event date, your payment is non-refundable.
In the event of a major documented
emergency or a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, etc., we will refund your payment (less incidentals if they have been arranged) or give you the option of rescheduling your event. Your choice.
IF IT'S RAINING...or looks a lot like rain at your scheduled time, we reserve the right to re-schedule your wedding to a time that makes more sense. We will absolutely work with you and your schedule to accomodate you in the best way possible. It's important to understand that we cannot get the photographic equipment wet.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TURN ON YOUR CELL PHONES, AND HAVE AT LEAST ONE WITH YOU...AT ALL TIMES.

Just one last thing...and we hate to be like this, but....due to
some very unpleasant experiences, if we feel that you or anyone in your party is under the influence of alcohol or mind or mood altering substances we will not perform your ceremony or take photographs. You will not be entitled to a refund and any payments that you've made to Weddings To Go! Key West will be forfeited.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled wedding we will not wait. You will not be entitled to a refund and any payments that you've made to Weddings To Go! Key West will be forfeited.
Would you be late for a doctors appointment?
Would you be late for a dentists appointment?
What about something as simple as a salon appointment?
Being really late isn't cool. A few minutes is no big deal. More than 15 minutes late becomes a problem.
